Drawbotics is a Belgian scale-up founded 5 years ago on the belief that we could help redefine the way people buy and sell homes through innovation and technology. With offices in Brussels, London and Paris, Drawbotics has quickly grown into one of the fastest growing scale-ups in the Proptech industry. We are looking for a community manager to join our team and fuel our growth. Being at the forefront of real estate marketing innovation, we will work together to completely change the homebuying experience and grow Drawbotics as a go-to place to market any kind of property.
We'll need you to be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers and expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.
Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies
Build relationships with the online community
Build and execute a content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, traffic, lead generation and business growth
Own the end-to-end process and project management for content development, including developing and maintaining editorial calendars and content project plans
Ensure that all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
Build and execute a strategy to efficiently become a thought leader in the real estate marketing industry using various channels (blog content, webinars, events, ...)
Work with internal stakeholders across teams to develop a deep understanding of our product and core audiences
Work with growth team to use content successfully
Month 1. Understand everything about Drawbotics, our values and the vision behind the company. Understand how the different teams work and what everyone does. Analyse everything we’ve put in place and experienced on a content marketing level, and set up your plan for our growth.
Month 2-3. Together with the rest of the growth team, you start implementing our strategy, adjusting when needed. You will identify core objectives for the content and develop metrics and methods for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the content.
After 6 months. We're seeing the first results of the new content strategy You feel comfortable with our strategy and roadmap we've defined for the next year. We're starting to add to our content team in the different regions we're active in.
After Year 1. The impact of our efforts has become very clear on the general growth and revenue of the company. We're now implementing a global content strategy across all markets through our local marketing teams
2+ years of relevant work experience as a community manager or similar role
Native English. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
Experience in technology, SaaS or platform companies preferred; B2B experience is a plus
Experience with social media management and event planning (virtual and physical)
Proactive and passionate, eager to learn every single day
Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
Excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to align content with brand guidelines, style and tone

Our European headquarters are located in Brussels, Belgium. We are flexible and open to remote work but please note that in that case we are looking for someone based in EU (or UK) and that we can only hire candidates on a self-employed basis.
