Drawbotics is a Belgian scale-up founded 5 years ago with the aim of positively impacting the home buying and selling process through innovation and technology. With offices in Brussels, London and Paris, Drawbotics has quickly grown into one of the fastest growing scale-ups in the Proptech industry. We are looking for a Product Marketeer to join our team and fuel our growth.


We're looking for someone to be responsible for defining the market positioning of our products within the context of the overall product strategy, for developing messaging, competitive differentiation, and enabling the Sales team. You will have a big opportunity to help strategically position our products to best meet our customer needs while also having the opportunity to execute it by taking our product marketing to the next level!

  • Develop effective product marketing strategies and processes that generate demand, improve win rates and increase adoption of our products.
  • Messaging & content - develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market. You will own and create content together with our marketing team (e.g. data sheets, infographics, white papers, user guides, web tutorials, web content, presentations, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, release announcements) to articulate the benefits of our products to the market.
  • Sales enablement - partner with Product Management to communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team. In close collaboration with our sales team, you will help develop the sales tools and trainings that support the selling process of the products, you might also assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the products core functionalities.
  • Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Customer Intelligence - be the expert on buyers of the product, how they buy and their buying criteria.
  • Month 1. - Understand everything about Drawbotics, our values and the vision behind the company. Understand how the different teams work and what everyone does. Get to know the product, analyse everything we’ve put in place and experienced on a product marketing level, and set up your plan for our growth.
  • Month 2-3. - Together with the rest of the team, you start implementing our strategy, adjusting when needed. You will identify core objectives develop metrics and methods for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the strategy.
  • After 6 months. - We should be starting to see sizeable moves in key business measures and a clear impact on growth following our new product marketing strategy. You feel comfortable with our strategy and roadmap we've defined for the next 12 months.
  • After Year 1. - We're now implementing a global strategy across all markets through our local teams. You've set up a clear feedback loop and data gathering strategy with (potential) clients to identify how our message is working and how to better prepare the next product marketing campaigns.
  • +3 years experience in product marketing in a SaaS environment
  • Native level of English, French would be a great asset
  • Excellent communication skills: writing, speaking, presentation
  • Experience marketing to B2B organizations
  • Strong understanding of data and common SaaS metrics
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
